It’s ALL about HIM!
God.
God is just speaking over me right now that it is ALL about HIM! What is “it” you ask?
EVERYTHING!
We are born of a selfish nature so it’s easy for us to get caught up with ourselves or with those whom we think are “great” but God wants all the glory! He wants everything in our lives to point to HIM! It’s for His Name and His Renown that we might live! I want to live to make HIM famous not myself!
As I start my fund raising efforts to go on staff with AIM, my humanness kicks in, but I SOOO badly want all my support raising to be for HIS glory! I want to make HIM famous! The whole reason I am raising support is so that I may go into the world and make HIS name famous! So I may walk alongside students as they make HIS name famous amongst the nations!
Support raising is NOT for me, NOT about me, it’s ALL for HIM, it’s ALL to make HIM famous, that HE may shine brightly for all the world to see!
God. WELL KNOWN prominent famed popular renowned noted eminent
distinguished esteemed celebrated respected of distinction of repute illustrious
acclaimed great legendary lionized HAVE ONE’S NAME IN LIGHTS!
yet none of these words do justice to who He really is!
May we bask in His glory daily!

Mary- I just heard a sermon from Mark Driscoll on this subject this morning! You should listen to it. Its titled ” Its’all for His glory” in the Its All About Jesus series. My prayer for you is that you will continue turning the glory over to Him and will continue to seek out His glory in all situations. I love you girl!
